Family Workshop: Puppetry with Polka

In this hands-on family workshop, you will venture into the Story Explorers exhibition’s magical realms – jungle, sea, space – through a sensory storytelling session full of sound, textures and surprises. Then craft your own puppet character to inhabit those worlds and share your mini performance with the group. An hour of creative fun, curiosity and confidence-building.

For the last 30 minutes of the session you will get to freely adventure in the Story Explorers exhibition, where you will continue exploring and having fun together.

We are also running another version of this workshop which is suitable for children aged 4 – 7, and another similar workshop which is suitable for SEND families.
