Family SEND Workshop: Puppetry with Polka

Join Polka Theatre for this inclusive, sensory-rich workshop for SEND families, inspired by Story Explorers. Participants of all ages and access needs welcome. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Families will begin with a gentle, multi-sensory storytelling experience (sounds, textures, movement), inviting all voices to respond. We will then create tactile puppets, using a variety of materials you can touch and explore. Expect 30 minutes exploration, discovery and expression in a welcoming space.

For the last 30 minutes of the session you will then get to freely adventure in the Story Explorers exhibition, where you will continue exploring and playing together.
