Join us at the Honey & Co. Daily bakery and café in Bloomsbury for a very special afternoon of conversation, tea and a delicious selection of savoury and sweet treats, all drawn from the pages their new cookbook.

Food Season favourites and Honey & Co. founders Sarit Packer and Itamar Srulovich chat to Angela Clutton, Co-Director of the British Library Food Season as they celebrate the launch of their inspired new cookbook, Honey & Co. Daily.

The book is all about the everyday – the Tuesday-night dinner, the quick lunch, the cake you bake just because. Recipes that look generous, taste sensational, and don’t take all day to make. All come straight from Honey & Co.’s café restaurant on Store Street. The book contains over a hundred recipes: egg dishes, soups, things on or in bread, big salads, simple dinners, quick bakes, speedy puddings and even a cocktail or two.

    Her debut book, The Vinegar Cupboard (2019), won the Jane Grigson Trust Award, two Guild of Food Writers Awards, was shortlisted for the André Simon Food and Drink Awards, and was named Debut Cookery Book at the Fortnum & Mason Food and Drink Awards. Her subsequent titles are Borough Market: The Knowledge (2022), shortlisted for the 2023 Guild of Food Writers Awards, and Seasoning – How to Cook and Celebrate the Seasons (2024). Alongside her books, she has written for publications such as Daily Telegraph, Waitrose Food and Stylist. She has worked extensively with Borough Market as a writer, recipe developer, demonstration cook and host, presenting the Borough Talks podcast and online cook-a-longs with leading chefs. Angela is a regular interviewer at Wimbledon Book Fest and Co-Director of the British Library’s Food Season.

    Itamar Srulovich and Sarit Packer are award-winning restaurateurs and cookbook authors, whose debut Honey & Co: Food from the Middle East was named Cookbook of the Year by The Sunday Times. Since opening their first restaurant, Honey & Co. in 2012, they launched Honey & Smoke, Honey & Co. Daily, and Honey & Co. Studio. They host a podcast and contribute to FT Weekend and Guardian Feast. Honey & Co Daily is their fifth book, out now.
