Do you want to make your workplace greener, but don't sure where to start? Discover how staff at the British Library turned their shared passion for climate action into an impactful, thriving Sustainability Staff Network. You’ll hear directly from the founder and chair of the group about how it was set up, managed, and its achievements so far. A fellow member will talk about how she got involved, eventually integrating environmental work into her day-to-day role. The session includes an interactive SWOT analysis exercise to help you assess how to launch a similar initiative in your own organisation. We’ll share the collective insights from this exercise with all attendees after the event.
This event is part of Green Libraries Week and has been organised with libraries in mind but if you work in another sector and think it might be beneficial to learn from what we do, then please do book a place.
