About National Emergency Briefing – Community Screening
British Library Shelfmark: WD 4402 Artist/creator: Ram, Sita
Join us for a screening of the National Emergency Briefing – an eye-opening film bringing together nine leading UK scientists and experts with the latest evidence and why it matters in all our lives. Learn about areas such as extreme weather, food security, cost of living, and how we can make a difference.
This event is part of Green Libraries Week, the national, annual celebration of libraries, across all sectors – from public libraries on the high street to national, health and academic libraries – where we focus on libraries leading climate and sustainability initiatives for their users and communities. The theme this year is Climate Facts for a greener future: Navigating mis – and disinformation in libraries.
The screening will be followed by a short Q&A session – speakers to be confirmed soon.
