Jane Hales

Jane Hales is the founder of Janes Hales Advisory, a co-founder conflict specialist, board advisor, and author of the forthcoming book From Dream Team to Divorce? — a field guide for founders navigating the messy, often unspoken dynamics that quietly destroy great businesses from the inside out.

With 30 years of experience building, scaling, and advising founder-led businesses, Jane has sat at nearly every seat at the table: as a co-founder, a board director, a Non-Executive Director, and an accelerator mentor.
