About Fairy Tales Study Day – Angela Carter

Join us on a journey into the dark fairy tale world of Angela Carter. Students will have the opportunity to explore the concepts of fairy tale in an inspiring and dynamic session led by scholar and fairy tale afficionado Michelle Anya Anjirbag, and to explore the roots of fairy tale and archetypes in an oral storytelling workshop. In the afternoon, students will have the opportunity to view the stunning Angela Carter collection, hear a talk from Library curators, and respond creatively to our Angela Carter archive.

  • Session times: 10:30 – 15:00
