Ottilia Ördög
Manchester-based Ottilia is the founder of Beat Bazaar Projects, a not-for-profit social enterprise that delivers music development programmes, creative initiatives for young people, talent development, community engagement activities, and cultural events.
Ottilia has over 20 years of experience developing successful projects and events across the creative and cultural sectors. She is also the founder and director of Góbéfest, Manchester's international folk and cultural festival, which has grown over the past decade into a major annual celebration of culture, heritage, and creativity. Alongside her work as a festival producer and social entrepreneur, Ottilia is a Partner at Counterculture LLP, a multidisciplinary consultancy supporting cultural, educational, and creative organisations through strategic planning, business development and organisational growth.
