Inspired by Italy’s traditional confectionery-making craft, Lavolio creates contemporary candy using real nuts, fruit, jellies, coffee, chocolate and spices, slowly coated in fine layers and presented in distinctive, reusable tins. Lavinia combines her Italian heritage with her international experience, bringing a modern and design-led approach to Italian confectionery. Her products have been stocked by prestigious retailers and cultural institutions including Fortnum & Mason, the Victoria and Albert Museum and the British Museum, and have been featured by the BBC, The Telegraph, Condé Nast Traveller and HuffPost.
