Itamar Srulovich and Sarit Packer are award-winning restaurateurs and cookbook authors, whose debut Honey & Co: Food from the Middle East was named Cookbook of the Year by The Sunday Times. Since opening their first restaurant, Honey & Co. in 2012, they launched Honey & Smoke, Honey & Co. Daily, and Honey & Co. Studio. They host a podcast and contribute to FT Weekend and Guardian Feast.
