This hybrid workshop is suitable for anyone thinking of setting up a fashion, accessory, shoe or jewellery business or is already running a business without a strategy in place. You can attend in-person, online or listen to the recording in your own time.

Delivered by fashion industry expert Alison Lewy, it will cover the following:

• the research is required and how to go about it
• how to use a Business Model Canvas
• understanding your start up costs
• pricing and costing strategy
• overview of sales forecast, cash flow & profit & loss forecasts
• where to look for funding.

By the end of the session you will have a better understanding of business planning and the confidence to start or revise your own plan.
