Become more confident in academic writing with this session run by Royal Literary Fund Writing Fellows. This one-day workshop focuses on essay writing with practical tasks, discussion and opportunities to share techniques. 

What’s covered :

  • the purpose of different writing styles 
  • breaking down essay titles 
  • key instruction terms in essay titles and what they mean 
  • essay flow and paragraph plans 
  • evidence and critical thinking 
  • introductions and conclusions.
