Design Compass Masterclass: Build Your Product Roadmap

Have you attended the free Design Compass workshop, or you already know your idea has legs? Now it is time to go deeper.

This intimate two-hour masterclass is limited to nine participants. Before you arrive, you will have signed a group NDA, received one month's access to the Design Compass Expert Chat tool, and submitted the questions and challenges you most want answered.

The session is then structured around those real questions, yours and your cohort's. You are never obliged to share your idea with the group, but if you choose to, you do so knowing everyone in the room is bound by the same confidentiality agreement.

By the end, you will have applied the Design Compass to your own idea, with expert challenge and peer input, in a confidential setting. Following the event, you have a further month's free access to the Expert Chat tool to continue refining your idea.

Co- Created by product designer Stefan Knox, the Innovate UK–backed Design Compass and its Expert Chat are grounded in over 30 years of practice, 500+ product projects, and collaboration with industry and academics. Stefan believes that before anyone invests time and money in development, they need three things: a clear understanding of the problem they are solving and who needs it, the ability to frame the challenges and risks involved in bringing it to market, and a commitment to the funds, time, and mindset to take on that journey.
