About Artists' Books Study Day

Join us for a look at our Artists’ Books display. Students will have the opportunity to explore what an Artists’ Book is and view items from our collection. They will also attend talks from Library curators and contemporary artist, Tracey Bush, currently on display as part of the collection, learning about artistic practices and curatorial processes from those within the sector.
In the afternoon, students will be invited to respond to the collections, drawing inspiration from Library artworks and objects, and create their own Artists’ Books through creative activities and workshops.
- Group size: maximum 30 students per school
- session times: 10.30 – 14.30 (including lunch break).
Booking is essential via the 'Book Now' button. Please email schools@bl.uk if you have questions or need help with the form.
